At Cape + Willow, every piece is made with care, intention, and love — and we want the experience of receiving it to feel just as thoughtful.

Shipping Information

Because all pieces are one-of-a-kind and vary in size, weight, and destination, shipping costs are not one-size-fits-all. Here’s how it works:

  • Estimated Shipping Fee at Checkout: A flat estimate may be applied during checkout to reserve your piece.

  • Final Adjustment After Drop-Off: Once your order is packaged and dropped at the post office, the exact shipping cost is calculated. If the final amount differs, I’ll notify you and adjust accordingly.

  • Local Pickup Available:
    Based in Phoenix, Arizona? You’re welcome to pick up your order locally. Once your piece is ready, I’ll reach out with available times for a smooth handoff.
     

📌 Shipping times begin once your item is completed and ready to ship. You’ll receive tracking information once it’s en route!

Secure Payments

We currently accept:

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • Major Credit/Debit Cards (via Wix Payments)

All payment platforms are secure and encrypted for your peace of mind. Custom orders require a $50 deposit when design begins, and full payment is due once you approve your mockup.

Custom Order Timelines

  • Custom orders begin once the design is finalized.

  • Typical turnaround time is 4–6 weeks, depending on current volume and project complexity.

  • You’ll be kept in the loop throughout the creation process.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Every order is considered final sale.

However, if you receive your item and there’s a problem damage during shipping, incorrect personalization, etc. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m committed to making things right when possible.

Warranty & Care

Cape + Willow pieces are designed with durability and longevity in mind. While no formal warranty is included, here’s what you can expect:

  • If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within 5 days with photos and details.

  • If your sign loosens or has issues over time, please get in touch — I’ll do what I can to repair or guide you through a fix.

🧼 To clean your piece, use a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals, as each item is hand-painted and sealed for indoor use only.
